Good afternoon,

Please take a moment to read the following policy regarding smart watches and other student devices as outlined in the Student Handbook:

The use of electronic devices and other technology at school is a privilege, not a right. Students are prohibited from using electronic devices, except as provided herein. An electronic device includes, but is not limited to, the following: cell phone, smart phone, audio or video recording device, personal digital assistant (PDA), ipod©, ipad©, smart watches, laptop computer, tablet computer or other similar electronic device. Pocket pagers and other paging devices are not allowed on school property at any time, except with the express permission of the building principal.

We appreciate your help in ensuring that all students and families are aware of and following these expectations. If you have any further questions regarding our policy, please refer to pages 76 and 77 of the Student Handbook. A copy of the handbook can be found using this link:

Our students (and staff!) have been enjoying Orphans in the Classroom! The Orphans have spent some time visiting with our students, reading, talking, answering questions, and showing our younger students what it means to be a positive role model.

We wish the Orphans the best of luck as they compete against Columbia this Friday! 🏈
